The TANSS Asset Management provides all information about customer and internal assets centrally. With a single click, master data, open tickets, service histories and recent user activities are visible directly, even in complex IT structures.

Extensive data sheets allow capturing all relevant details: access credentials, IP addresses, operating systems, serial numbers, documents, care packs, warranty periods and accumulated service costs. This creates a structured, complete view of each individual device.

Asset maintenance can be done manually via imports via Excel or CSV, or automated through the fully connected API interface. This makes TANSS the ideal interface for inventory and RMM systems.

Seamlessly integrated into processes and workflows

Assets in TANSS are seamlessly embedded in all modules: devices are directly linked to incident reports and service requests (tickets), services, appointments or maintenance contracts. The detailed service and support history ensures a complete documentation of all services performed per device, which is fully traceable.

Given full and managed service contracts, it is increasingly important to define maintenance contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) at the device level. Which service is part of the contract? Which response time applies? TANSS automatically determines whether a service is covered and always opens the ticket with the correct response time.

The precise history and deep integration always provide accurate evidence of device maintenance, software licenses, security updates and performed services, ensuring clear compliance and audit readiness. In addition, it is always possible to trace which user uses which device, where it is located and who is assigned as the technical contact.

QR code solution for fast identification

QR code stickers for all assets can be generated directly from TANSS, including custom logo, design and the desired information display. On site, a scan via the TANSS App is enough to uniquely identify the device and display all associated data and histories immediately.

Whether when receiving an incident by phone, during inventory or at a maintenance appointment on site: serial numbers, ticket histories and device status are available immediately with a scan. This speeds up processes, minimizes sources of error and also makes device issuance and return more efficient.

Manage and monitor licenses centrally

TANSS enables structured license management with individually definable license categories, perfectly adapted to internal standards or customer requirements. All details such as serial numbers, passwords, notes and documents are stored centrally.

The complete support and ticket history per license is directly viewable, including links to affected devices or projects. This allows every licensing action to be fully traceable and audit-proof.

In addition, TANSS keeps track of all expiry dates. Early reminders enable timely renewal or replacement procurement. This makes license management an automated process.

All device information directly on site

QR codes on devices already recorded in the system can be conveniently scanned via the app and opened directly within a service or ticket; assignments can also be made directly. In addition, new devices can be created directly on site in TANSS.
