Automatic contract assignment for every service

The configuration of a contract defines which service constellations are part of the contract, e.g., specific assets, users, service types, ticket types, or support locations. As soon as a user documents a service, TANSS automatically recognizes whether it meets the contract criteria and assigns it to the appropriate contract and billing period.

Based on the contract definitions and the parameters selected by the user during service recording, TANSS fully automatically determines whether the service is part of a contract and assigns it to the correct contract.

Contract analyses with maximum insight

TANSS provides detailed statistics per contract, customer, or billing period. The evaluations show at a glance how profitable a contract actually is, including a comparison of contract values, internal costs, and achieved profit. Additionally, it is possible to track which services, including travel times and flat rates, have been included in a contract and to what extent.

Users also benefit during service recording: they can immediately see if contingents are still available. If a contingent is exceeded, the escalation and alert system automatically kicks in. This prevents uncontrolled overruns, and contract and budget limits remain in view at all times.

Cleanly and directly bill contracts from the system

Thanks to automatic service assignment, all services end up in the correct contract and billing period. TANSS checks whether all data is complete and shows in controlling whether a contract is ready for billing. With just one click, this becomes a service report with a complete service overview, which can be transferred directly to a connected ERP system and processed into an invoice if needed.

For managed service or flat-rate contracts, automatically reduced service proofs are created, without time or amount details, but with all relevant content. Basic costs can also be billed directly from TANSS, whether retroactively, prospectively, or monthly.
