An open exchange in a relaxed atmosphere - right after the first coffee. The Community Hour is a compact online format for connecting with other TANSS users, picking up fresh impetus and expanding your know-how. In interactive video conference sessions, participants show how they use key TANSS features in their daily work, which smart solutions they have found and how they master challenges. Under the motto "My TANSS, your TANSS", system houses discuss their individual setups, proven workflows and best practices. Whether ticket management, automations or managed services - the topics here are hands-on and genuinely move you forward. In breakout sessions you learn directly from other users, share your own experience and gather fresh ideas for your everyday work.

What can you expect?

01 Check-In

All participants dial into the joint call and off you go.

02 Breakout Sessions

Each session focuses on a central topic. TANSS users share their current setups in small groups, report on tried-and-tested solutions and discuss potential hurdles. At the end of the breakout session, the most important findings are voted on.

03 Best Practices

Afterwards, all participants come together again in the large group. Here, selected users have the opportunity to share their best practices from the small groups with everyone. In this way, everyone benefits from the most valuable insights and new impulses.

04 Check-Out & Networking

After a successful session, we come to the end together. Afterwards, all participants have another chance to get to know each other and exchange ideas.
