The Content House brings system house managers to extraordinary places - far away from the day-to-day business, but right in the heart of the TANSS community. For three days, participants are immersed in an inspiring environment that offers space for creative workshops, practical knowledge transfer and strategic discussions. The change of location not only ensures fresh perspectives, but also a more intensive exchange without the distractions of everyday life. Interactive barcamp sessions, best-practice comparisons and deep-dive workshops create an intensive transfer of knowledge that goes beyond the traditional exchange of ideas. But it's not just about business - the focus is also on sharing experiences. Culinary highlights, extraordinary activities and relaxed networking moments create a special atmosphere in which valuable connections are made.
The first day starts with a warm welcome and an introduction to the event format. The participants not only get to know each other, but also share their expectations and goals for the event. This creates a common understanding and trust right from the start, which will shape the entire event.
In the evening, there will be a relaxed dinner to round off the day with culinary highlights and informal discussions. In this relaxed atmosphere, participants have the opportunity to get to know each other better personally and make their first business contacts.
The second day starts with a barcamp where participants choose topics they would like to explore in greater depth. Here they can contribute their specific interests and work intensively on the chosen topics. In-depth discussions are held in small groups and new, creative ideas are developed.
The evening brings a special evening event such as a wine tasting or culinary experiences that continue the networking in a relaxed way. Over good food and drinks, the participants reflect on the day's findings and let them grow in relaxed conversations.
The third day offers time for exchange in small, dynamic interest groups. Everyone dives into topics of their choice, shares their expertise and discusses innovative ideas. These focused sessions encourage in-depth conversations and build trust. At the end of the day, everyone goes home with new impulses and concrete strategies.
The event ends with a final activity during which the participants reflect on what they have experienced. The final dinner provides an opportunity to continue the discussions and strengthen valuable connections.

The TANSS Community Hour showed how valuable the exchange can be in a short space of time. System houses came together remotely to share their individual TANSS setups, discuss best practices and take away new ideas. Valuable insights and exciting discussions were generated in just one hour - compact, interactive and practical. A strong community that also connects digitally!
The TANSS Community Days were once again a complete success! 45 system houses came together at HUCK SPACE to share their expertise and learn from each other. The result was a marketplace full of knowledge, experience and ideas - accompanied by inspiring conversations, valuable impulses and a relaxed finale with a good barbecue and cool drinks. An event that once again showed how strong the community is and how much we can achieve together.
“Software manufacturer or event agency?” The answer is superfluous 😉 - our clear aim is to create opportunities and new possibilities through technology and expertise in order to make IT service providers, system houses and MSPs more successful. To do this, we have to be bold and try out new ideas - our “Community Days 2023” were once again a completely fresh concept. A concept with a lot of potential for inspiration, exchange and networking. After the incredible feedback on our TANSS Content House, we wanted to take the concept to a new level with the Community Days at HUCK SPACE. 30 system house managers in our office, learning, laughing and benefiting from each other for 3 days.
Three days of intensive exchange, inspiring workshops and unforgettable experiences - the TANSS Content House Mallorca offered the perfect setting to immerse yourself in the world of TANSS. In an exclusive atmosphere, system house managers networked at eye level, shared best practices and gained new impetus for their business. Between barcamp sessions, culinary highlights such as a paella cooking class and a fantastic catamaran tour, valuable connections and fresh perspectives were made - far away from day-to-day business, but in the midst of real exchange.
At the exclusive TFS - ThANkSSgiving 2024, we provided deeper insights into the TANSS roadmap for 2025. From the introduction of the new IT Service Portal to the redesign of the process module and optimized performance functions - the participants were given an exclusive preview of upcoming features. The day was rounded off with a festive Thanksgiving dinner, which provided the perfect setting for exchange and networking.
On June 28 and 29, it was finally time again. Exciting business content during the day to really push your system house forward and botanical affairs in the evening. Hidden on the terrace in the inner courtyard of HUCK SPACE, our ‘TFS Secret Garden Pop-Up 🌿’ opened - a place to linger and network together: lounge atmosphere, chilled bass, summer vibes, botanical drinks and fantastic food were waiting for you.
Ladies and gentlemen, our 'TFS Club Lounge' opened on November 23rd and 24th! Average content and conventional drinks? No way. During the day, there were exciting keynotes and workshops to really drive your system house business forward - and in the evening, cocktail creations that had it all! Our ‘TFS Club Lounge’ was a place to linger and network together: A modern lounge atmosphere, indirect lighting, fantastic snacks and fine drinks were waiting for you. But that's not all! The focus was on a day packed with input and know-how.
This time in a small group of participants and of course in compliance with the Covid-related rules and regulations. The motto: "FIRE AND FLAME" We were eager to present never-before-seen TANSS features and current developments. And in the evening, we fueled each other's enthusiasm for barbecuing! We ended the day together with juicy steak cuts, delicious beer and good conversation.
