"I didn't have to be convinced by anyone, TANSS speaks for itself."

It's Experience Day, our event for new customers with TANSS Deepdive and intensive discussions. During the coffee break, we were able to conduct a short interview with Bastian Reichert, a technician who has just successfully completed the introductory phase of TANSS and is now going live. He represents Newerkla GmbH & Co. KG from Aalen, a full-range system house specializing in office supplies, office furniture, IT systems and storage/dispatch.

"Compared to TANSS, our old system couldn't do anything at all."

Bastian Reichert chose TANSS because of its many useful functions compared to the previous and outdated system. While the old system only allowed the processing of tickets, TANSS makes work easier with the help of the timeline, which ensures that work done is not forgotten, as well as various connection options, such as the telephone system and Outlook. These features make TANSS a great solution with many options. The implementation took place about three and a half months ago after the preliminary discussions.

"The Take Off Calls are a must for us!"

During the test phase of TANSS, a colleague and Bastian actively participated in the take-off calls offered. The weekly appointments proved to be very useful, as new questions and topics in connection with the implementation of TANSS kept coming up. In general, Bastian sees great potential in the TANSS events and offers: of course, you always benefit from the challenges of other system houses. The opportunity to share problems and exchange solutions is particularly valuable for him, especially at events such as the Experience Day or the Community Days.

The future of TANSS at Newerkla

The internal planning for the further development of the system has not yet been precisely defined, but will take place in the future. As this is a constantly evolving system, 1-2 people are planned to deal with it on a regular basis. Implementation takes place on a weekly basis with fixed times to ensure that the topic is not neglected. "TANSS should be given weekly attention as you have recommended." So far, the main goal has been to replace the old ticket system with a new one. This has largely been achieved and the technicians are now working with it. The plan for the future is to gradually integrate sales and other departments into the process.
